Jenna Ortega has joined the growing list of celebrities who have modeled the new Christian Louboutin x Maison Margiela collection ahead of its official release. The actress attended a special screening of her movie “Death of a Unicorn” on Tuesday wearing the Bilougiela pump with a black gown — showing off the shoe just one day before the collection’s March 12 release.

Ortega, who has a rapidly expanding filmography with multiple movies slated for release this year, showcased a custom David Koma dress at the event yesterday. The garment was all about sharp angles and cut outs, with an asymmetrical bust featuring a triangular design. A daring thigh-high slit allowed for a leg and footwear-baring moment.

On her feet, Ortega wore shoes from one of the buzziest footwear collaborations in high fashion to hit the market this year. From the two-part capsule collection created by Christian Louboutin and Maison Margiela, she displayed the Bilougiela pump, one of the designs which explores deconstruction via the Decortiqué technique — the black patent calfskin upper showcases a hand-distressed effect. The shoe also includes Christian Louboutin’s new Everlasting Red Sole. The Bilougiela 25 is marked at a price of $1,395.
Ortega is not the only star to have gained access to the collection ahead of its release. Cynthia Erivo wore the collection’s Loubiella style, which features Maison Margiela’s Tabi toe, on Feb. 27 at the 2025 Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards. Zoe Saldaña has also worn the same shoe on two occasions so far.

Christian Louboutin is a go-to footwear brand for Ortega. At the premiere for “Death of a Unicorn” at South by Southwest on Saturday, she elevated a spiffy suit look with the French label’s Maria Frou Alta, a platform pump with ruffle detailing hailing from the brand’s Flamencaba capsule.
