Tyler Herro took to the court wearing a pair of Nike Sabrina 2s customized to look like Air Yeezys, but he didn’t enlist a high-priced customize to make it happen. Instead, he used Nike By You, the customization platform that’ll allow you to make the exact same shoe.
The black, pink and green Sabrina 2s replicates the “Blink” edition of the Air Yeezy 1 and the “Solar Red” edition of the Air Yeezy 2. Making them is actually quite easy on Nike By You, and sneakerheads actually figured out how to make the Air Yeezy dupes soon after the model was made available to customize on the platform.
To create the sneaker, just choose black for every component of the sneaker except for the liner, which you’ll want in “Hot Punch,” and the outsole, which should be in glow-in-the-dark “Vapor Green.” You’ll also to chose the “Croc” texture for the heel graphic, which is similar to the snakeskin texture used on the Air Yeezy 2.
After your work is done, you’ll just have to pay $160 and wait for delivery for up to five weeks.
Herro wore the sneakers during the Miami Heat’s Monday night game against the Sacramento Kings.
The Sabrina 2, the unisex signature sneaker of WNBA star Sabrina Ionescu, has proven immensely popular in the men’s league. According to Nick DePaula of The Boardroom, it’s been the second most popular sneaker in the NBA this season, as of December, behind only the Nike Kobe 6 Protro.
